What are you looking for?
I think we can all agree here…
Managing time is extremely difficult in the SEO world.
So many projects, clients, affiliate sites… but not enough time to deal with them.
I’m a busy guy.
46 live money sites, 4630 PBNs, and three companies does that to a person.
The only possible way I can stay efficient and continue to grow my businesses is through strategic and systematized time management.
In this article, I’ll be deviating from my normal topic focus about SEO ranking techniques, case studies and test results.
Instead I will be teaching, what I believe to be, the most powerful SEO technique period: the ability to carefully manage time. Smart time management allows you to work on more projects, get more clients, build more sites, and test more ranking techniques.
What you’re going to be learning is the exact process I’ve developed over the years which will enable you to:
- See exactly where your time is being spent
- Determine which are your highest $/hour projects
- Find out which are your biggest time sinks
- Figure out your Personal Value per Hour (PVH)
- Offload all tasks that can be outsourced for less than your value per hour
By the end of this post, you’ll have a solid framework that you can duplicate to see where the biggest time-wasters exist in your life so you can eradicate them in the name of massive productivity.
A couple of weeks ago, I went to Saigon to check in on my buddy Daryl Rosser and see how things were going. Daryl runs Lionzeal, a great community for those focused on local seo ranking and getting clients.
He also hosts the Lionzeal show, where he’s interviewed dozens of people in the industry and gets them to reveal how they got to the levels they’re at today.
While I was there, a realization came over me…
For all this hard work that Daryl’s put into delivering these great interviews to the community, he’s never really had the chance to share his story.
So we decided to do the old switcheroo. I got in the interviewer chair and put Daryl to the question.
I get this question quite often. Today in fact.
I’ve been stuck for 3 months on page 2. It doesn’t matter how many links I throw at it. It simply won’t move. I can’t figure it out!
Has this ever happened to you? All of your tactics are clean but you simply can’t break into page 1. You have the perfect on-page SEO and your anchor text is properly diversified.
Most of the time I see this, it’s because the site has an off-site SEO record that is completely different than the other sites ranking on first page. It’s what I like to call the “Black Sheep Effect”.
PBNs are dead!
Just kidding. This isn’t one of those posts.
But PBNs may actually be dead if you don’t know how to use them correctly.
Tell me this…
Have you noticed in the past year or two that expired domains aren’t packing the punch that they used to?
Well, I have news for you.
They actually are just as powerful as they’ve always been. You’ve just been using them wrong.
I perform a lot of testing and a good portion of these tests revolve around PBNs.
Some of these test results give me an unfair competitive advantage and I don’t easily reveal them to the public.
You’re about to learn one of my best kept secrets regarding how to properly use expired domains for PBNs.
Foreword by Matt Diggity:
If you’ve look in the SERPs recently, you might have noticed that featured snippets have slightly changed.
Whereas before, if you rank for the snippet the image is pulled from your site – Now, the image will most likely be pulled from the #1 ranking image in Google Image search.
Sounds annoying, right?
Not if you know how to rank in Google Images.
For this sneaky post, I’ve brought on Dino Gomez to show you exactly how to do just that.
Two months ago I partnered on a high-potential affiliate website in the home furnishing niche.
The site reviews one of the most competitive and expensive pieces of furniture that a person can buy for their home.
As expected… competition is fierce.
In a little over 2 months, we were able to quadruple traffic to the site by dramatically increasing rankings from the middle of page 2 to the top of page 1. In addition, we increased conversion nearly 2x by optimizing both design and call-to-actions (CTAs).
As a result, profit doubled.
What did I do to make this happen?
You are about to get the exact playbook on how I increased rankings and conversions, so you can apply these steps to your site as well.
